Alright, I've been putting this off for a while, but now I guess it's time that the questions be updated now that he has a larger range of questions that needs to be told than he did before the reboot. If you have any questions, I'll be happy to help in any way I can. All you need to do is ask.

What is "Darkness"?
In Kingdom Hearts canon, Darkness is a force parallel to the Light and also used in the form of attacks and magic. Toying with Darkness is like playing with fire─if not careful, the wielder can be lost to it and become a Heartless. Normally used by the villains and believed to be pure malevolence, it isn't completely evil and is often misunderstood as such. Several friendly characters use it, including Riku and Terra. Using and following where the darkness leads comes at a price, however: those who follow it often lose something of their former selves while gaining a great surge of strength.
...Corridors of Darkness?
Yes. They're hidden passageways used to travel from point A to point B, normally between worlds. It's faster than Gummi Ships, but leaves the user at great risk for being corrupted or destroyed by the Darkness. That said, Rep has never truly used it to traverse worlds─merely as a way to teleport around the same world.
The heck is a Gummi Ship?
...A rocket ship made out of gummi blocks. No, I don't get why gummi bear-material is good for space travel, either.

What do they smell like? Pine trees, sword polish, feathers, magic.

If so, what are they and can he tell just by a passing 'glance'? Kaworu is an Angel, which means something vastly different in his world than it does in ours (i.e. no Heavenly chorus). Though his nature isn't outwardly apparent, Riku's free to perceive it at his leisure.

Oooh, this is hard, especially since I'm canonblind and don't know the grading scale too well. He's essentially the series' Jesus figure, and believe that redemption is possible for any sin, and that there is always hope no matter the circumstance... but he feels sorrow for being unable to keep his promise to make a certain person happy. Maybe a 2??

What is your character's tolerance to dark magic? This is another difficult question, just because magic doesn't exist in the Eva universe. For what it's worth, Kaworu's A.T. Field - which he's able to use as a means of protection, like a physical barrier stemming from his soul - is supposed to be the strongest encountered in his series. That would either give him a very good tolerance, or not matter at all, depending on how magic works in the KH universe. I think I'll leave that up to your judgement!

If so, what are they and can he tell just by a passing 'glance'? he's half human and half shinzoku (that being the term for a race of beings similar to humans but with pretty extremely large amounts of magic power, to the extent that they were once thought of as gods), and it's not much of a secret these days so yeah go for it.

What do they smell like? vanilla, lavender, and ocean air.
What is your character's tolerance to dark magic? on his own maybe only slightly better than an average human's, but the sword he carries works with light and life energy so that would likely given him a pretty solid defense.

To all outward appearances, though, he's a pretty normal human, and that does include the dark magic tolerance. And of course you can hassle him anywhere, he'll probably think it's cool.

To clarify, Asuka was an ordinary human being, but being an Evangelion pilot has halted her aging at 14 (she's actually twice that by now) and she was possessed by an Angel that one time which may or may not have done something with her missing eye.

I'm none too familiar with KH myself so feel free to make a better guess. Asuka's trying to save humanity but she's also a cranky jaded asshat whose seen the world end twice so... also depends how much the angel contamination thing plays into it.
What do they smell like? LCL; it smells like irony blood, basically; it's a fluid they fill the Entry Plugs with when piloting Evangelions so she's pretty deeply associated with the stuff.
What is your character's tolerance to dark magic? Again, canon-blind so I have no idea. Probably just slightly above human average.

If so, what are they and can he tell just by a passing 'glance'? She's a Descender, which is a being born from a World Tree and made of mana. In other words, she's a bunch of magical energy in the shape of a human, so if you're sensitive to that sort of stuff it'll be obvious to him.

Kanonno is generally a positive person that tries to be cheerful and kind, however, she hides a deep sense of guilt and lost innocence in her. So maybe 4ish??
What do they smell like? If you're smelling her for her mana, it smells like fresh snow in the moonlight. If you're talking literally, probably plants and flowers and foresty stuff or baked goods.
What is your character's tolerance to dark magic? She has a fair magic defense in general.

I'd have to say Mami would be somewhere in the middle because Puella Magi are made from wishes. It would definitely go up higher when she is giving in to her despair and thus turning into a witch (plus, she does have a lot of issues that she's hiding beneath a smile).

Twilight Town and Destiny Islands. Sea salt, cold keyblade metal, Light. His Twilight Town clothes might have scents of the plastic-foam of struggle bats and warm pretzel on them for a while. He'll be in those, usually. His coat would have a leathery smell.
What is your character's tolerance to dark magic? High. It depends on his ability to deflect and dodge at the time, but say he was infected with it, he would probably heal faster than usual, given his Light.
